Subject:	Requirements for Moving me to a city near you

So lately many of my friends have been trying to get one of my other friends to move up to their city.  This friend therefore came up with a list of requirements needed to be fullfilled before he would move.  Which got me to thinking about it too cause I would like to move out of Iowa if possible (not that Iowa is bad but since I have a sever lack of friends in this state it's hard to go out much and I like being active but it's harder by yourself)  So here's my list of requirements to make me move to a city near you:

1. Must be hired at a excellent workplace.  As I'm currently working for a very good company with great benefits and I love all my co-workers this is probably the biggest hurdle for any would be movers.  The place must have good benefits and good atmosphere and I must be doing something with computers preferrably with web applications and none of the support mumbo jumbo I want to be writing programs.

2. Living arrangements must be set up in advance.  Preferrably in a house as I've come to loathe apartment life ever since I've been renting a house.  Also there must be plenty of room for my massive amount of junk.  I have a lot of stuff and I'm not one to throw things away unfortunately (obviously I'd get rid of some stuff but would still require large amount of space)

3. Internet is a must.  And not just the internet but internet with a set of 8 ip addresses so I can retain my network of webservers, database servers, etc.  The service must be reliable and fast (I'm currently on a 1.5 mb line)

4. The city itself must have good public transportation, decent restaraunts, a good movie theatre, a good local music shop that sells vinyl plus a good music scene and a good number of places of interest.

5. Those who want me to move must also chip in to cover cost of moving and actually help physically with the move.  It's great if you want me to move but I'm not going to do so if the costs put me in the poor house.

6. (this is an optional one) Must be in close vicinity to potential gf's. ;)

This is what I've come up with so far.  I reserve the right to change these and/or add additional ones at any given time.
